what excites you?

I've been wondering what people are most excited about for the Literacy Alive conference. For me, it's Lester Laminak's closing keynote. I can't wait to be inspired all over again! His speech has been one of those things that's stuck with me from our time in NYC.

Leave a comment (or, coaches, create your own post!).

What excites me is seeing all these teachers get excited in the middle of their summer vacation about literacy! The excitement they bring gets passed around the whole group. Can't wait to see everyone and hear the amazing speakers!

I am excited about seeing friends and being in a room full of people that believe they are called to be their best educator. It should be very inspiring, and I hope it promotes my own learning.

OK- The days are coming closer to this WONDERFUL DAY!!!! I can't wait. The more I speak with my teach'n' buddies about coming, the more excited I get. What a birthday present I will have. Meeting new friends, listening to great mentors, and learning!
